Why Not Get Measured?
Between games, athletes can step into the Instant Combine testing experience and discover how their performance stacks up against national age benchmarks. No additional travel. No separate showcase. Just 5–7 minutes of video-verified testing, real performance data, and a personalized Core4 Score they can use to track their development.
- No separate trip, no separate weekend
- Numbers on video, stored in the athlete’s account
- A baseline to beat next time you are back at Champions
How it works
Band. Test.
Rank.
Built for a tournament schedule. Athletes walk up, scan in and move through the stations, then get back to their team.
Get banded
Each athlete gets their own Instant Combine performance band. It connects that athlete to their testing data, video and leaderboard entry.
Run the stations
Roughly 5–7 minutes through the performance stations between games. Station mix can vary by event, and busy windows may have a line.
Video-verified numbers
Results are captured on video and stored in the athlete’s own account — not a stopwatch number on a clipboard.
Hit the leaderboard
Athletes join the live event leaderboard that runs throughout the Champions testing season, with an individual Core4 score benchmarked by age.
Core4 testing
The numbers
coaches ask for.
Core4 testing is included with every band. Depending on the event, stations may include:
- ARMArm velocitymph
- EXITExit velocitymph
- 20/30Yard dashsec
- PROPro shuttlesec
- L / RGrip strengthkg
- VERTVertical jumpin
Station availability varies by event and setup; not every station is guaranteed at every tournament. Core4 scores are individual and benchmarked against national age data.
The performance band
Theirs.
Reusable.
- Belongs to one athlete. It ties that athlete’s testing data and video to their profile and the leaderboard.
- Comes back with them. Bring it to future Champions visits to test again and update the numbers.
- Scan with any phone. A regular phone camera pulls up the athlete’s profile, data and score — easy to share with family and coaches.

with an account.
The band gets an athlete tested and on the leaderboard. A paid athlete account is a separate purchase for families who want more:
- Track progress over time
- Add season stats and highlight videos
- College Connect: share with 3,000+ schools for recruitable athletes
A band does not include a paid account. College Connect sharing is a visibility tool — it does not guarantee recruitment, contact or offers.
